Terms of play

Own the World is a game. By buying a country you agree to these terms.

• It is virtual. “Owning” a country means your name, message, link and image are shown on it inside this game. It has no relation to any real territory, government or people, and it has no cash value.
• The last buyer owns it. Anyone can take a country from you by paying its current price. When that happens your profile is replaced. This is how the game works and is not a reason for a refund.
• Prices. The first owner pays the base price shown in the game. Every new conquest raises the price by the amount shown. Prices are in US dollars and are charged by PayPal.
• All sales are final, except where the law or PayPal’s buyer protection says otherwise.
• Content rules. Do not publish hate, harassment, sexual content, violence, illegal content, scams, malware, impersonation or anything you don’t have the rights to. We may remove any content or link at any time, without refund.
• Links point to external websites we don’t control. Visit them at your own risk.
• No guarantees. We work to keep the game online, but it is provided “as is” and may change or end.

Términos del juego

Own the World es un juego. Al comprar un país aceptás estos términos.

• Es virtual. “Ser dueño” de un país significa que tu nombre, mensaje, enlace e imagen se muestran en él dentro del juego. No tiene relación con ningún territorio, gobierno o pueblo real, y no tiene valor en dinero.
• El último en pagar es el dueño. Cualquiera puede quitarte un país pagando su precio actual. Cuando eso pasa, tu perfil se reemplaza. Así funciona el juego y no es motivo de reembolso.
• Precios. El primer dueño paga el precio base que muestra el juego. Cada nueva conquista sube el precio en el monto indicado. Los precios están en dólares estadounidenses y los cobra PayPal.
• Todas las ventas son finales, salvo cuando la ley o la protección al comprador de PayPal indiquen otra cosa.
• Reglas de contenido. No publiques odio, acoso, contenido sexual, violencia, contenido ilegal, estafas, malware, suplantación de identidad ni nada sobre lo que no tengas derechos. Podemos eliminar cualquier contenido o enlace en cualquier momento, sin reembolso.
• Los enlaces llevan a sitios externos que no controlamos. Visitalos bajo tu propia responsabilidad.
• Sin garantías. Trabajamos para mantener el juego en línea, pero se ofrece “tal cual” y puede cambiar o terminar.
